Stability and Outstanding teachers
At Saga, we firmly believe that a stable and united teaching team is a crucial foundation for students’ long-term learning. Our mathematics and English teaching team has worked together at Saga for over 15 years. This stability not only provides reassurance to students and parents, but also allows for the continuous accumulation and enhancement of teaching quality.
Our teachers have a close collaborative culture, regularly discussing students’ learning situations and progress, and collectively taking responsibility for their overall development. This collaboration extends beyond the classroom; it represents a commitment to education—we believe that by understanding students’ needs, we can truly design appropriate teaching methods and support strategies for them.
Every teacher at Saga possesses a rich teaching experience, but more importantly, they have great patience and an unwavering spirit. When faced with students who have different learning styles or encounter difficulties, we do not jump to conclusions. Instead, we are willing to invest time in observing, adjusting, and trying different methods until we find the most suitable way to help students succeed.
We enjoy helping students solve those puzzling classroom problems and cherish every moment of “Ah! I understand now!” For us, each instance of a student suddenly grasping a new concept is the most satisfying reward. These moments are the motivation for our continued effort and persistence.
At Saga, we are not just educators; we are companions and guides. We believe that true learning is a journey that requires patience, collaboration, and faith, and our team exists to support this journey.
In the early days of Saga, our students came from various local schools. Over time, our teaching philosophy and methods have gained widespread recognition, particularly our emphasis on student interaction and expression, which has attracted students from more diverse backgrounds.
Since 2023, we have thoroughly reviewed and optimized our curriculum content. We have made adjustments and enhancements in curriculum design, teaching methods, and student participation models, aiming to enable students to develop comprehensively in language, thinking, and expression. We firmly believe that the classroom should not just be a one-way transfer of knowledge, but a space for students to think, express themselves, and grow.
Currently, we primarily offer English and English math courses that cover different grades and levels, ranging from language fundamentals and reading comprehension to writing training. In mathematics, we focus on the integration of logical reasoning and language comprehension, helping students articulate their mathematical thinking clearly in English, laying a solid foundation for future academic development.
Our curriculum design emphasizes both structure and flexibility. Within a systematic arrangement, we also provide space for students to actively participate and ask questions. We believe that every student has potential, and with the right guidance and inspiration, they can build confidence and a sense of achievement in their learning.
We believe students learn best when they enjoy what they are learning.
